Elvis David Martínez Ríos is Managing Partner of ARCA Nicaragua. He leads the firm's Corporate & Commercial and Dispute Resolution practices.
He advises companies and business groups on corporate structuring and reorganizations, governance, contracts, commercial transactions, and regulatory matters. His experience includes financial services and matters requiring coordination across jurisdictions.

Education
Elvis holds a Master's degree in Business Law from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City and a law degree from Universidad Centroamericana (UCA), where he also specialized in Economic Law. He completed a diploma program in FinTech Digital Transformation at Tecnológico de Monterrey, alongside additional studies in negotiation and civil procedure.
